Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we accept returns only for unopened and unused items.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging

  • Returns will not be accepted if the seal has been broken or the product has been opened or tested, even if it does not meet personal scent expectations

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aentoshome.com with your order details to request a return authorization.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for eligible returns.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AENTOS is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used fragrance products

  • Samples and discovery sets


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video documentation.

In these cases, AENTOS will arrange a replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by AENTOS where applicable.


International Orders

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable

  • AENTOS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or refused deliveries due to unpaid duties or incorrect address information


Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued for the product value only

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–10 business days

  • Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to post refunds


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aentoshome.com.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or exchanges.
